With SMA Smart Connected, SMA is the first manufacturer to offer free, automatic monitoring of the inverter, enabling the installer to provide fast and precise service at the customer's site. In the event of an inverter fault, we immediately provide the diagnosis – the installer can quickly resolve the issue, saving valuable working time as well as analysis costs. Should a replacement inverter be necessary, SMA ships a free replacement device within the shortest possible time.
