How to get started
Click the speech bubble at the bottom right and briefly describe your system and your question. You can then send photos, nameplates, circuit diagrams or error messages. The appropriate scope and the procedure for the remote appointment will then be agreed with you.
Important: The consultation is provided entirely online. You do not receive any physical goods, so there are no shipping costs for this service. Work on the electrical grid and electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified local electrical contractor.
