A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (inutec solarcenter international GmbH, Im Gewerbegebiet 17, 38315 Schladen, Germany, Tel.: +49 171 7441440, Email: kontakt@inutec-int.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of cancellation online at https://www.inutec-int.com/en/pages/return-requests. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.

Returns can be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight goods), the direct cost of return is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 120 per such item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that compliance with points 1-2 above is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
