For ES, FI, HU, IT, PT, SE, SI, SK as well as BG, EE, GR, HR, IE, LT, LV, MT, RO and CY, an estimated shipping cost is shown in your cart once all products and the delivery address have been entered. All stated amounts are estimates. The final freight costs will be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.
For Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and Liechtenstein, all amounts are estimates only. Due to customs clearance and weight surcharges (approximately €1 per kg), the final shipping costs will be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.

Delivery times
You can find the delivery time for each item directly on its product page.
If you order several items, the cart shows the delivery time of the item with the longest lead time.
Partial deliveries
Where practical, available items can be sent ahead at no additional cost. Further partial deliveries can be arranged on request.
Availability status in the shop
Immediately available: warehouse stock – dispatched no later than one working day after receipt of payment
Available at short notice: stock at the manufacturer or supplier warehouse – dispatched approximately 1–3 working days after receipt of payment
Transit times
Parcel shipping (Germany): approx. 5–10 working days
Freight shipping (Germany): 10–20 working days (Mon–Fri)
International delivery: depends on destination country and shipping method; you will receive updates during the shipping process.
Collection from the Paderborn warehouse
You can collect your paid order directly from the warehouse. As soon as your goods are ready for dispatch, you will receive a link to book a collection appointment.
