• Posts and rails made of galvanised steel, element length 2.37 m (post centre to post centre)

The rugged solar fence for pasture, field and farmyard: the Standard version of the Fence2Sun is derived from the Next2Sun Agri-PV system – industrial, material-efficient and built for continuous outdoor use. It encloses pastures, serves as a screen against predators, provides shade for animals – and produces power for the farm on the side.

Power when the farm needs it: with an east-west orientation, generation peaks occur in the morning and early evening – for dairy farms, exactly at milking times. In winter, yield stays stable because no snow settles on the vertical modules.

Flexible on site: with concreted-in steel posts, height can be adjusted between 1.40 m and 2.00 m; with driven posts, it is 1.50 m as standard. Longer posts compensate for up to 11° of slope or incline.

Designed for livestock: insulators for a pasture wire can be fitted for large livestock; for small animals, the gap to the ground is closed with mesh or double-bar mats. An anti-climb guard can optionally be fitted.

Built to last: the frame design comes from the solar power plant sector and is engineered for high wind loads. 30-year linear performance warranty and 15-year product warranty on the module, 10-year warranty on the frame.
