The Fronius Symo GEN24 can be used flexibly. It doesn't matter whether a photovoltaic system is already fitted with a battery storage system at installation or whether the battery is added later. The Symo GEN24 Plus always offers the right backup power solution. Thanks to Multi Flow Technology, loads can be supplied during a grid outage while the battery is charged at the same time. This results in longer backup power supply and higher self-consumption.

The Symo GEN24 Plus offers 2 options for backup or emergency power supply.

a) A so-called PV Point, a single socket that provides the user with basic backup power supply.
b) A full-backup solution, in which the battery ensures 24-hour supply security.
