The DAC1-13VG series with 12.5 kA discharge capacity per pole is a space-saving and cost-effective solution for buildings in lightning protection classes III+IV. Thanks to the integrated CITEL VG technology, the DAC1-13VG combines all three protection classes as a type 1+2+3 combined arrester in a single device, providing optimal protection against lightning currents and surges. The DAC1-13VG also meets the minimum requirements for type 1 lightning current arresters according to VDE 0100-534, with a required discharge capacity of 12.5 kA (10/350). The DAC1-13VG also complies with the VDN guideline for lightning protection classes III+IV and can therefore be used ahead of the meter. This makes the DAC1-13VG series ideally suited for installation in private, small and medium-sized commercial buildings.

The ZPAC1-8VG-31-275, with a discharge capacity of 8 kA per pole, is a space-saving and cost-effective solution for buildings in lightning protection classes III+IV and is designed for mounting on 40 mm busbar systems. Thanks to the integrated CITEL VG technology, the ZPAC1-8VG-31-275, like the DS250VG-300, combines all three protection classes as a type 1+2+3 combined arrester in a single device, providing very good surge protection for the downstream installation. The ZPAC1-8VG-31-275 complies with the VDN guideline for lightning protection classes III+IV and can therefore be used ahead of the meter. This makes the ZPAC ideally suited for installation in private and commercial buildings.
