The circuit-breaker lever does not latch, immediately drops again, or the LED remains on even though the lever is down.

Close the cover
Close the BCU connection-area cover correctly. Important: For safety reasons the battery cannot be switched on while the connection area is open.

The circuit breaker was pulled down manually
If the switch was pulled down/switched off manually, it cannot be pushed back up and reactivated for approximately 10 minutes. Refer to the instructions for the correct shutdown procedure.

Continuously blue LED / EC 102?
EC 102 is indicated by 1x white and 2x blue flashes. Try to shut down the BCU correctly by holding the button for 5 seconds.

  • If the LED goes out: check the DC wiring, make sure the battery configuration in the app/BCP was completed correctly, including module type and number, and restart the system in the correct sequence.
  • If the LED remains on continuously blue or flashing EC 102: remove the BCU from the tower to prevent deep discharge, measure the voltage and contact a service partner.
