ARK-2.5H-A1 high voltage battery (2,56kWh)
The Growatt ARK battery system has a modular design. Extra batteries can be stacked on top of eachother.
The ARK-2.5H-A1 is suited for high voltage systems. The lithium iron phosphate battery (LFP) is free of cobalt,
for example resulting in a less costly battery. The battery has a cycle life of over 6000.
The battery has a protection rating of IP65 and can be attached to a wall as well as placed on the floor.
Install on a floor requires a separate pedestal. The battery is 65cm wide, 26cm deep, 18cm high and weights 30kgs.
The storage capacity is from 5.12kWh - 17.92kWh (max. 7 batteries) XH Version, and from 7.68kWh - 25.60kWh (max. 10 batteries) 3PH-SPH version.
The smallest version for XH is at least 2x ARK-2.5H-A1 (total 5.1 kWh) and for the 3PH-SPH version at least 3x ARK-2.5H-A1 (total 7.6 kWh).
Only batteries with a maximum of 100 charging cycles and which are not older than 3 months may be retrofitted.
Lithium iron phosphate battery
Some advantages of this type of battery compared to leadacid and other batteries are: a longer cycle life, little to no maintenance, extremely safe, relatively lightweight and an improved charge and discharge efficiency.
