SoliTek was founded in 1998 as an independent company for CD manufacturing in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since its beginnings, the company has experienced strong growth and significantly expanded its product portfolio. The company not only delivers extremely durable products for energy generation but also strives to do so in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Sustainable energy is used for the production of the products, resulting in an annual reduction of more than 400 tons of CO₂.

The energy supply and cooling of the production facilities are provided by a mix of green energy sources: solar energy (150 kW on the building's roof) and more than 1 MW of geothermal energy from 108 wells, each with a depth of 148 meters.
