BMS for BYD HVC and HVM
A crucial component of both the Battery-Box Premium HVS and Battery-Box Premium HVM is the Battery Management System (BMS).
The BMS is an intelligent control system that monitors and optimizes the performance and condition of the battery modules.
It takes on important functions such as monitoring cell voltages, temperatures, and currents to ensure that the battery operates optimally
and is protected from potential damage. The BMS not only ensures maximum energy efficiency and battery lifespan but also
provides a secure and reliable operation of the entire energy storage system.
Through the intelligent control of the charging and discharging process, the BMS helps minimize the risk of overcharging, deep discharging,
and other potentially harmful situations. Thus, the Battery Management System is an essential component for achieving optimal performance and longevity of the Battery-Box Premium HVS and HVM.
The Battery-Box Premium HVS is created by connecting 2 to 5 HVS battery modules in series to achieve a capacity of 5.1 to 12.8 kWh.
If up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVS systems are directly connected in parallel, an impressive maximum capacity of 38.4 kWh is achieved.
If needed, the system can be easily expanded in the future by adding additional HVS modules or parallel HVS towers.
The Battery-Box Premium HVM, on the other hand, consists of 3 to 8 HVM battery modules connected in series to achieve a capacity of 8.3 to 22.1 kWh.
By directly connecting up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVM systems in parallel, a remarkable maximum power of 66.2 kWh is enabled.
For a later system expansion, there is the option to add additional HVM modules or integrate parallel HVM towers.
