Victron Energy Venus GX
The Victron Venus GX is the communication-center of your PV system. The following Victron Energy products can be connected to the device: Inverters, Multis, Quattros, MPPT solar chargers,
BMV battery monitors and more.
Quick System Overview
Immediately after commissioning you get an overview of your system:
Remote Control and Monitoring
Via the free VRM portal (Victron Remote Management) you have access to the settings and controls of all system components connected to the Venus GX (or to the Victron Energy Color Control GX) at any time.
Diagnostic checks and analysis of the stored data can also be carried out by users and installers from anywhere after logging in. This is also useful if you are planning a trip and want to check beforehand whether your motorhome or boat is ready to go.
On the VRM portal there is also the option of the Remote Console for remote control of the device. After activation, you have visual access to the real-time data and settings of the Venus GX.
Automatic Generator Start/Stop
The Victron Venus GX is able to automatically start a generator. You have the choice between several start conditions, such as low voltage or battery state of charge. You can also set quiet periods to prevent disturbing noise at night.
24/7 Monitoring of Energy Storage Systems
The Victron Energy Venus GX manages energy storage systems (ESS). The device ensures that backup batteries are always fully charged, jumps in in the event of a power failure and supplies excess solar power for self-consumption, so that you save money.
