Off-grid solar inverter

The RS Smart Solar 48/6000 inverter is a 48V 6 kVA inverter with 450 VDC 4 kWp PV input. It is used in off-grid solar applications where AC power is required.

Combination of an inverter, bidirectional DC-DC converter and MPPT

The inverter creates a perfect sine wave that is capable of supplying high power devices. It is fed by a bidirectional DC-DC converter which either charges the battery when excess solar energy is available or converts it from the battery when it is needed.

Large MPPT voltage range

80 - 450 VDC, with a PV starting voltage of 120 VDC.

Efficient and quiet

The inverter has excellent efficiency, a low standby power and very quiet operation.

Display and bluetooth

The display reads the battery, inverter and solar charge controller parameters, and the same parameters can be accessed with a smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. In addition, Bluetooth can be used to set up the system and change settings with VictronConnect.
