Only two general preparations are necessary for the detailled preparations for assembling the Q.Cells System G5. The assembly is done in just four steps with little effort

Simple and easy mounting of Q.Cells G5 mounting system

The Q.Cell G5 System is easily erected on a suitable flat roof.

Step 1 The pre-assembled basic profiles (including building protection mat and central support) are laid out on the roof and the central supports is simply unfolded. The hinge of the folding mechanism is fixed in the end position by applying slight pressure. Fastening to the roof is not necessary, which protects the building fabric and significantly reduces installation costs.
Step 2 The basic profiles are aligned on the roof and the ballast carriers are attached. The ballast can already be placed according to the ballast plan.
Step 3 The Q CELLS solar modules are only pushed into the central support and placed in the end clamp without having to be attached with a clamp. During this work step, the convenient cabling can be carried out using the optional cable clips. The solar module is lowered downwards into the end position. Â
Step 4 The end clamp plate is put on and screwed tight. This unique assembly design not only minimizes the installation time, but also reduces the mechanical stress on the solar modules thanks to the floating mounting. With the fixation of an end clamp, two adjacent modules are attached at the same time - another time saving.
