K2 Systems Rail connector Set SingleRail 36

The Rail connector set is the connecting element between two K2 SingleRails 36.

This set consists of:
1 x SingleRail connector 36 (2001975), aluminium EN AW-6063 T66
4 x T-Bolts M8x20 (1002387), stainless steel A2
4 x Locking nuts M8 (1000043), stainless steel A2

For this system you will also need roof hooks, middle & end clamps and end caps.
The compatible screws are also available.

SingleRail System

The mounting system "SingleRail" for photovoltaic assemblies is suitable for roofing with pan tiles (tiled roofs). The roof fastening is done using roof hooks (CrossHook 3S - available separately). The hooks have threeÂ height adjustments in the base plate and are alsoÂ suitable for narrow rafters.

Here are the advantages of the SingleRail mounting system:

Quick and low-cost with direct lateral connections to the rail and customized height adjustment. No additional components are needed.
Secure snap-in assembly without needing to be screwed to the base plate.
The strong combination with the CrossHook roof hooks can be used with most snow and wind loads.

K2Â Base: Plan your mounting system online

With the free online software K2 Base you can conveniently plan your mounting system online. The software is always up-to-date and platform-independent via your Internet browser usable.

The planning basis are satellite images from Google Maps. In addition, graphical drawing tools for roofs and module fields as well as accurate load and ballast planning are available. At the end, you will receive a project report as a PDF file that contains, among other things, the project data, the assembly plan, the bill of material and the static report.
