Inverter in DC coupled systems

These inverters are used in DC-coupled systems. They are connected directly to the battery and supply loads in these direct current systems with alternating current. They are mono-directional, so they only deliver their power from the battery (DC) to the AC consumer network.

Often these inverters are found in smaller DC island networks such as boats, holiday homes or mobile homes.

Solar modules cannot be connected directly to these inverters, and you cannot load a memory either.
